Experience

I was the Web development Lead and Game development lead from 2021 to Jan 2023. and I also organized Many events with them, I always believe in Team play because I think the importance of leadership is focused on serving and taking care of others rather than just being in a position of power. It highlights the responsibility that comes with being a leader to guide and support those under your leadership, rather than just giving orders and expecting them to be followed. I was a Celsius 2022 Hackathon Champion where we worked as a team and bring the first Prize. I lead the SkyKastle team in Prayas 2023 where we got selected in 2nd round but in the final, we lost. I also Lead the Morning glory Chess club in the marcel 2020 1st division league in Dhaka Bangladesh. Being a leader and leading a team is really the best part but in this journey, I faced many issues and also solved them because I think facing a problem is the best way to solve it, for example in a team sometimes members hate each other or blame each other for a loss or any bad things happens to the team but as a leader, I take the burden to my shoulder so that team members don't get upset and demotivated because I believe Team members are very important for the performance of a team. The best part of being a leader for me is Making a positive impact: The ability to make a positive impact on the lives of others, whether it's by solving a complex problem or helping team members achieve their goals, can be a rewarding experience for many leaders.
